Report something in confidence

It is important to us that customers are confident that they can gamble in an environment that is safe and free of crime and unfair practices.

If you have any concerns about the way in which a gambling business is being run, or if you suspect any suspicious activity, then contact us.

You can report concerns about:

  • match fixing and sports betting integrity
  • underage gambling
  • money laundering concerns
  • suspicious activity
  • unlicensed gambling or criminal activity.

All reports are treated confidentially.

What we do with information you provide

We can't provide feedback on any information you provide in case it results in an investigation. Any details which are made public could jeopardise the investigation.

Any action we take against an individual or gambling business will be published on our sanctions register. Sanctions are published after the individual or operator involved has been informed and any objections have been considered.
