National Lottery committee
Provides advice to the Board of Commissioners and the Chief Executive in relation to the exercise of our functions under the National Lottery etc. Act 1993.
National Lottery Competition Committee
Audit and Risk committee
Supports the Board of Commissioners and the Chief Executive (as Accounting Officer) in their respective responsibilities for control and governance, risk management and associated assurance.
Remuneration committee
Supports the Board of Commissioners and the Chief Executive (as Accounting Officer) in their responsibilities for remuneration policies, the performance and remuneration of the Chief Executive and leadership team and recruitment of the Chief Executive, when required.
Finance and performance committee
Newly formed Committee in May 2020 to support the Board in their responsibilities to oversee and scrutinise business planning processes and organisational performance.
