I am writing to respectfully request access to public records maintained bythe UK National Lottery.

I am requesting access to existing official records related to the followinglottery draws:

Requested Records:

Official draw records or certificates

Any existing post-draw review, verification

If the existing records already include additional factual or technical details related to the draw such as draw timing information, the manner in which the numbers were drawn, or technical verification information (for example, a digital signature or verification hash) I respectfully request that such information be included as part of the existing records.

This request is made for personal record-keeping and verification purposes only. I am seeking access solely to records that already exist in your files, in whatever format they are maintained. I am not requesting that any new records, reports, or analyses be created.

If the records are available in electronic format (such as PDF), I would appreciate receiving them electronically.

Review of the decision

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision. Please note, internal review requests should be made within 40 working days of the initial response. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be processed.

If you are not content with the outcome of our review, you may then apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have already exhausted the review procedure provided by the Gambling Commission. 

It should be noted that if you wish to raise a complaint with the ICO about the Commission’s handling of your request for information, then you are required to do so within six weeks of receiving your final response or last substantive contact with us.
