Teams telephony with EICC contact centre and QMS call recording.

Koris 365 Ltd.

d) Do you use Unified Communications or Collaboration tools, if so which ones?

Microsoft Teams.

  1. Microsoft:

a) What Microsoft 365 licence do you have across the business e.g. E3, E5.

Insight is the reseller.

c) Where do you host your applications? Do you have on-premise infrastructure or do you host your applications in public or private cloud? Which?

A mix of on-prem and cloud - if cloud, vendor hosted or Azure/Intune.

a) Does your organisation use on-premise or cloud storage or both?

Cloud.

b) Please confirm the on-premise hardware manufacturer.

HP for our remaining server estate and Cisco for our Wi-Fi infrastructure.

c) Please confirm your cloud storage provider.

SharePoint.

d) What is your annual spend on cloud storage?

Cloud storage is SharePoint (cost is part of 365) or Azure (approximately £850 pm).

e) How do you back up your data and with who e.g. Backup as a Service.

Data is backed up by either Azure or Rubrik.

Review of the decision

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision. You should write to FOI Team, Gambling Commission, 4th floor, Victoria Square House, Victoria Square, Birmingham, B2 4BP or by reply to this email.

Please note, internal review requests should be made within 40 working days of the initial response. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be processed.

If you are not content with the outcome of our review, you may then apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have already exhausted the review procedure provided by the Gambling Commission.
