Contract 1 - Telephony/Voice Services (Analogue, ISDN VOIP, SIP etc)
- Telephony/Voice Services Provider- Please can you provide me with the name of the supplier for each contract.
- Telephony/Voice Services - Contract Renewal Date- please provide day, month and year (month and year are also acceptable). If this is a rolling contract, please provide me with the rolling date of the contract. If there is more than one supplier, please split the renewal dates up into however many suppliers

The Gambling Commission has moved to a fully cloud based solution, using Microsoft Teams telephony deployment technology, along with SIP for PSTN. The Microsoft Teams Phone System provides the core telephony platform, along with SIP trunks provided by Koris365. The SIP trunks are terminated on hosted SBCs at Koris365 datacentres via Direct Routing to the Teams Phone System.

Review of the decision
