I am writing to request the version of the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP) that was effective on 23 April 2018, together with any amendments that were made up to 1 January 2020.
In particular, I request a copy of the provisions in place at that time in relation to the following:
to combat problem gambling (corresponding to Code of Practice Provision 3.1.1 in the version effective from 1 April 2024);
customer interaction for remote operators (Code of Practice Provision 3.4.3 in the 1 April 2024 version); and
customer identity verification (Operating Licence Condition 17.1 in the 1 April 2024 version).
If the LCCP was not in force at that time, please provide me with a copy of whichever provisions governed the above during that period of time.
