I would like to make an FOI request please as follows:

1. I would like to know the full details of income into the Gambling Commission.
2. I would also like to know the amount of salaries over £100k please.
3. I would also like to know where any residue monies is used.

• If it is for premises - running costs - please list
• If it is for aid to helplines – please list

3. The Gambling Commission’s running costs for premises are classed as ‘Accommodation’ costs in our Annual Report and Accounts. These can be found on [page 79 of our published report] (https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/64e75a7f1ff6f3000d70af35/3582_GC_AR_2023_TagAcc_v2.pdf).

The Commission do not have any direct costs which are associated with aid helplines outside of the Gambling Commission. We do, however, incur costs running our Contact Centre which provides support.

Review of the decision

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision. Please note, internal review requests should be made within 40 working days of the initial response. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be processed.

If you are not content with the outcome of our review, you may then apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have already exhausted the review procedure provided by the Gambling Commission.
