I am writing in respect of your finance solution. Could you kindly help me out with the below information?

1.Which ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) or Finance system is currently used?

  1. What was the total value of the contract?

  2. What is the annual value of the contract

3.When does your contract expire?

4.Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?

5.Are you planning to go to market for a different ERP/ Finance system? If so, when?

  1. Who is the person responsible for your ERP / Finance system? Please provide full name, title and contact information if possible.

  2. Which, if any, other Non-Departmental Public Bodies share use of this service with you?

Thank you for your request which has been processed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

The Gambling Commission responses to your enquiries are as follows:

Approx £300k.

Approx £28k p.a.

  1. When does your contract expire?

This is a rolling contract, no expiry date recorded.

  1. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?

No.

  1. Are you planning to go to market for a different ERP/ Finance system? If so, when?

Yes, possibly later this year or early next year.

We will look to use Public Sector Frameworks in the first instance, failing this then open tender.

  1. Who is the person responsible for your ERP / Finance system? Please provide full name, title and contact information if possible.

The job title of the person from within the organisation responsible for these contracts is - Procurement Manager.

Review of the decision

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision.
