I would like to make a reques for informatunder the freedom of information act about data recently released about "compliance actions".
Recently you published this table: Compliance Assessments.
Firstly, can you provide a list of all the different types of "compliance actions" that you carry out.
Secondly, can you break down the above table into the different types of "compliance actions".
Thank you for your request which has been processed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
In your email you have requested information in relation to data regarding "compliance actions” published here: Compliance Assessments. Specifically, you have requested:
Please see the attached spreadsheet containing information falling within the scope of your request.
Please note, when comparing this data to the response linked within your request relating to Compliance assessments, the ‘assessment’ figures will not match. This is because some operators holds multiple licenses within a group structure, which have been excluded from this revised data for Compliance actions to avoid double counting.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision. Please note, internal review requests should be made within 40 working days of the initial response. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be processed.

It should be noted that if you wish to raise a complaint with the ICO about the Commission’s handling of your request for information, then you are required to do so within six weeks of receiving your final response or last substantive contact with us.
