The Gambling Commission can confirm as follows:

  1. We can confirm that our cleaning services are outsourced.
  2. We can confirm that 1 building is in scope. 
  3. The Commission’s current cleaning supplier is Ideal Cleaning.
  4. The total value of the contract awarded to the successful bidder is £275,724.44.
  5. The Commission can confirm the following:
  1. The option to apply the extension has not been taken.
  2. We currently hold no information falling within the scope of question 7 of your request.
  3. Please see the attached document containing information falling within the scope of question 8 of your request.
  4. The criteria used to select the contractor is as follows:
  1. We can confirm that 1 bid was received for this contract.

Review of the decision

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision. Please note, internal review requests should be made within 40 working days of the initial response. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be processed.
