You have referenced that Andrew Rhodes confirmed verbally that there was a cash holding policy in place but not what date it was published.

I can confirm that no recorded information falling within the scope of your request is held by the Gambling Commission.

In this instance, the term policy has been used to illustrate an unwritten practice rather than a physical document.

Review of the decision
