Casework Investigator 

Kirsty AntonKirsty joined the Gambling Commission over ten years ago. Her first post was working as a Licensing Administrator in the contact centre. After five years as a Licensing Officer, Kirsty moved to the National Lottery team where she worked as Licensing Manager. And just last year, she took up the role of Casework Investigator in the Investigations team.  

I have always been interested in investigation and enforcement work so when the opportunity came up to apply, I just went for it. Whilst the Commission does encourage sideways moves to a degree – it’s up to the individual to explore different opportunities that come up. 

‘It’s difficult to say what I enjoy most about my role. I think it’s a tie between dealing with a large variety of casework and working with a great team.’
