As a result of this consultation, the Gambling
Commission published Licence conditions and codes of
practice supplement 4: primary gambling activity. This
supplement is now included in
Licence
conditions and codes of practice - consolidated December 2011.

This consultation set out our proposed revisions to the Guidance to
Licensing Authorities second edition (October 2008).
It also outlined our proposals to add
operating licence conditions, concerning the primary gambling
activity in premises, to the Licence Conditions and Codes of
Practice.
