As a result of this consultation, the Gambling Commission has now
published:

This consultation was on a proposal to introduce an additional
operating licence condition, which will restrict the betting
activities that can take place under Occasional Use Notices (OUNs),
to betting on the sporting event that is taking place at the track
to which the OUN applies.
