As a result of this consultation, the Gambling
Commission published Licence conditions and codes of
practice supplement 4: primary gambling activity. This
supplement has since been included in
Licence
conditions and codes of practice - consolidated December 2011
This consultation set out our proposal for the primary gambling
activity associated with specified non-remote operating licenses,
to be offered in all associated licensed premises.
