As a result of this consultation, the Gambling
Commission has now published
Licence
conditions and codes of practice - consolidated December 2011.
Following the publication of the licence conditions and codes of
practice in June 2007, a number of issues were raised from inside
our organisation and by external stakeholders. As a result,
this consultation was brought out.
Some of the issues were to do with clarifying the meaning of
certain provisions. There were also instances where with the
benefit of some experience of the new regime, it was apparent that
new provisions were required or existing ones needed amending. Some
simple corrections and updates were also needed.
