As a result of this consultation, the Gambling
Commission has now published:
This was a further consultation based on
responses to our consultation on licensing, compliance and
enforcement. We considered the suggestions made by respondents and
amended the application forms for both operating licences and
personal licences in the light of comments received.
Revised versions of the application forms for
both types of licence are reproduced here together with the
guidance notes.
