Code of practice for gaming machines in clubs and premises with an
alcohol licence - March 2012
The Gambling Commission proposed to bring the terminology of the
code of practice into line with the requirements of Scottish law
and aligning the code with the Licence Conditions and Codes of
Practice (LCCP), particularly in relation to the resolution of
complaints and disputes.
