As a result of this consultation the Gambling
Commission has now published:

Code of practice for equal chance gaming in clubs and premises with
an alcohol licence - March 2012
The Gambling Commission proposed to align the code of practice with
the requirements set out in the Licence Conditions and Codes of
Practice (LCCP), particularly in relation to the resolution of
complaints and disputes.
