The Gambling Commission has published the
Licence
conditions and codes of practice - consolidated December 2011.
In this consultation we proposed a change to
the code provisions for the casino operating licence. This new
provision required casino operators to act in accordance with
guidance that we issued on the Money Laundering Regulations (2007)
which came into effect on 15 December 2007.
