Financial conditions on gambling operators and personal licence holders

As a result of this consultation, the Gambling Commission published the Licence conditions and codes of practice - November 2006. This has now been replaced by Licence conditions and codes of practice - consolidated December 2011.

We ran this consultation in parallel with the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice consultation.

The consultation set out our proposals for the financial and related information required to:

• assess licence applications
• monitor compliance with gambling legislation and associated licence conditions and codes
• inform our understanding of the industry.
