Information notice

The Gambling Commission has commenced a review under section 116 of the Gambling Act 2005 and has decided to suspend operating licence no 030664-N-311869-005 (Light Gaming Limited) while that review takes place.

The Commission has decided to commence a review and suspend the operating licence because it suspects that a licensed activity is being or has been carried on in a manner which is inconsistent with the licensing objectives (section 120(1)(a) of the Act) and the licensee is unsuitable to carry on the licensed activities.

The suspension of Light Gaming Limited, which has its principal address in Convent Way, Southall, takes effect immediately and will remain in place until completion of the licence review or further notice from the Commission in the meantime.
