Appointment of legal advisers

The Gambling Commission has completed a review of its legal
panel, with Brodies, Gregory Rowcliffe Milners and Wragge & Co
being appointed to act as its external legal advisers until
December 2010.
Gregory Rowcliffe Milners and Wragge & Co will provide
advice on a range of matters including public and regulatory law
matters, litigation and prosecutions in England and Wales.
Brodies will provide advice on public law, criminal investigations
and any proceedings in Scotland.
Chris Harper, who has advised the Commission and its predecessor
the Gaming Board for a number of years, will continue to be the
principal contact at Gregory Rowcliffe Milners. The team at
Wragge & Co is led by John Cooper. Christine O'Neill
leads the team at Brodies.
