What we’ve done as a result of your comments
Most of the comments we’ve received have been useful and will
enable us to make the changes you need in order to be able to use
our site more effectively. An example of some of the issues
raised and the action we have taken as a result of these, are

We've improved the way our search function displays results. You
can now filter your results to include only webpages, pdf, word or
excel documents. The search now includes licensed operators.
We have also made the title of each search result easier for
you to read so you can quickly find the result most relevant for
you.

We check for any broken links on our website and repair them as
quickly as we can however, we appreciate that there may be
occassions when a broken link is undetected by us.

We have made our register of licensed operators easier to search.
Instead of seperate documents for remote and non-remote operators
you can now search for any licensed operator directly using the
operator search.

the fees calculator in order to make these key tools for licensed
operators easier to find. |
Licensed Premises Register
The information we previously provided on this register was
supplied to us by licensing authorities and, owing to delays in
reporting times, the information was often inaccurate.
In improving our website our focus has been on ensuring the
information we provide is up to date and accurate. As a
result, we decided that we would not publish the premises licence
register on our website. However, the information within the
Gambling Commission’s premise register, which consists of
information obtained directly from licensing authorities, can still
be obtained by contacting us at info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk
or on 0121 230 6666. We are unable to guarantee the accuracy
of the register.
Alternatively, this information can be obtained directly from
the relevant licensing authority whose records are likely to
be more up to date.
