Website survey

Help us to continually improve our website

Quick webpage survey

Our quick webpage survey only takes a few seconds to complete.
The ‘How do you rate this page’ icons allow you to provide feedback about the particular webpage you are viewing, without browsing away from it:

How do you rate this page?

After clicking on the face that represents your opinion, you will have the option to tell us why you rated it as good, average, or poor. For example, if you found the information difficult to understand, please tell us why, so that we can make it clearer. If you found everything you needed to know, please tell us so that we know it is useful to you.

Feedback from these quick surveys is collated and used to make improvements to the content of our webpages. This is done on an ongoing basis.

Detailed Website Survey

We also conduct a website-wide survey to help us continually improve our website.

The survey consists of 11 questions and takes approximately three minutes to complete.

Responses to the detailed website survey are treated in strictest confidence and are only viewed by the Gambling Commissions e-Communications team. They are not used for any other purpose.

Other customer surveys

The Gambling Commission is continually looking to improve the way we interact with our customers.

To do this we undertake a number of surveys with different customer groups:

  • customers who have telephoned or emailed our Contact Centre with an enquiry
  • operating licence applicants and holders.

Feedback from these surveys helps us to consider where improvements could be made. The information collected is only used for the purpose of improving the services that we provide and is processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. Respondents’ data is not shared with any third parties.

If you have any questions about these surveys, please get in touch with our Contact Centre by telephone on 0121 230 6666 or by email: info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk
