How to make a Freedom of Information (FOI) request
If the information you are looking for is not on the Gambling
Commission’s website, you can make an FOI request:
For a request to be valid it needs to meet the following
criteria:
- it must be in writing
- it must include the real name of the requestor
- it must include a return address
- it must detail the information required.
Requests can submitted either by email (info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk)
or by writing to:

Requests for hard copies of information may be subject to charges
for any expenses incurred, including photocopying, printing and
postage.
Where we believe an FOI request has a wider public interest we
will publish it on our website. All of our FOI responses are
