Corporate governance framework
The Gambling Commission's corporate
governance framework sets out the necessary responsibilities
and procedures that guarantee we operate properly. It is reviewed
annually to ensure that it continues to match best practice. It is
published on our website as part of our commitment to openness and
accountability.
Management statement
Our management statement consists of a covering document and
associated financial memorandum. These two documents set out the
framework of accountability within which we operate. It is
agreed in consultation with the Department for Culture, Media and
Sport (DCMS) .
Statement of principles
Our statement of principles documents set out the
principles we apply when exercising our functions under
the Gambling Act 2005. These principles underpin all the regulatory
work we undertake.
