I have lost my pin for the online regulatory returns system – can you resend it?

If you have lost your pin for the online
regulatory returns system, you can
request it again.
You will be asked for your licence number,
which can be found on your operating licence, and your email
address. A letter, containing your pin number, will be sent
to your head office address.
