Can a premises licensed to provide gambling activities, just provide gaming machines?


 

The requirement for the primary gambling activity, authorised by an operating licence, to be offered in all associated licensed premises where gaming machines are made available are set out in the  Licence conditions and codes of practice - consolidated May 2014.

We recommend that authorities contact their compliance manager and that they may also want to contact the applicant to discuss how they intend to ensure the primary gambling activity is made available.
