How do I add a new person to my operating licence?
You may need to add a new person to your operating licence, for
example if your business structure changes or you want someone to
take bets on your behalf.
You will need to pay a fee to the Gambling Commission to change
the details of your licence.

have taken on additional managerial staff.

Any person who accepts bets on behalf of another licensed
operator must have a contract of employment with that operator and
either:
- hold a betting licence or
- appear on the Schedule Y of the person they are accepting bets
for.

representative who can take bets on your behalf. You must :

form. However, a general betting licence holder is already
authorised to accept bets on behalf of another licence holder and
therefore does not need to complete this form.
