My business is split into several legal entities: I want to keep operating them separately. Will I receive a discount?
No. When you are applying for more than one type of licence, you
must apply as the same legal entity to qualify for a discount.
If you operate under several legal entities, please keep in mind
when you apply that the Gambling Commission will need to know the
following to effectively process your application:
- what type of organisation you are
- how your organisation is structured and set up
- who is managing what and whom
- who may ultimately benefit from and / or influence the gambling
activities
- if you are part of a group of companies, how you fit it into
this and the relationships you have with the rest of the
group.
