How do you protect vulnerable people from being harmed or exploited by gambling?
All operators licensed by the Gambling Commission must have
policies and procedures in place intended to promote socially
responsible gambling.
To protect vulnerable people these should include, for
example:
- making self-exclusion available for customers at all times
- displaying the odds of winning clearly on gaming machines
- having a clear complaints procedure.
