When should I apply for my operating licence - remote?
You cannot start running your gambling
business until you have obtained all the necessary licences. For
all remote licences this includes:
- your operating licence
- any personal licences (if applicable based on
key management functions of the operation, see operator licence
application guidance notes section 3, question 11).
Therefore, you should submit your remote
operating licence application as soon as
possible.
