Remote lotteries (including online lotteries)
Lotteries can be remote
(including online lotteries), or non-remote.
If you allow people to participate in your large society lottery
or local authority lottery by
remote means (for example, via
an online lottery) you will need the correct licence(s) from the
Gambling Commission.
