You cannot start running your lottery until you have obtained all the necessary licences.
You need an operating licence from us if you want to run or promote a lottery.
You will need to pay a fee to apply for a lottery operating licence. You should pay your operating licence application fee at the same time as you submit your operating licence application.
You will need to pay your first annual fee to the Gambling Commission within 30 days, if we issue you with an operating licence. You will then need to pay an annual fee, before the anniversary date of the issue of your licence.
