You need an operating licence from us if you currently run or want to run a business supplying, manufacturing, adapting or repairing gaming machines (fruit machines, slot machines), part of a gaming machine, or gaming machine software.
- How much will my operating licence application cost?
You will need to pay a fee to apply for a gaming machine technical operating licence. You should pay your operating licence application fee at the same time as you submit your operating licence application.
- How much will my operating licence annual fees cost?
You will need to pay your first annual fee to the Gambling Commission within 30 days, if we issue you with an operating licence. You will then need to pay an annual fee, before the anniversary date of the issue of your licence.
