Changes to an operating licence - associated costs
There are costs associated with any changes you need to make
to your operating licence.
Changes in control
You must declare any changes in control to the Gambling
Commission as a key
event. Licence holders must notify the Gambling
Commission of any key event as soon as reasonably practicable
and, in any event, within five working days of becoming aware of
it.
