management licence application you submit.

Your personal management licence will require
a five-year maintenance check. You may need to resubmit your
information and a fee will be payable at this time. You will
be told in advance about the process to follow, and any fees
payable.
You can pay your fee:
- by cheque or bank draft made payable to the
Gambling Commission
- by credit or debit card (please complete your
card details on the application form).
