How do I vary or make changes to a licence?

If you hold an operating licence, there are some changes that
the Gambling Commission must be made aware of. Some changes can be
reported as key events, but others will require the details on your
licence to be amended.
Application to vary an operating licence
If you need to change the details held on your licence, such as
a change of trading name, change of address or adding an on-course
representative, you will need to complete the Application to Vary
form.
Notification of change
The following are some of the changes that need to be reported
to us by completing a Notification of Change form, or by email to
info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk
- change of contact or registered office address
- addition or removal of share holder with 3% - 9.9% share
holding (for example due to change of business ownership) (insert

- addition or removal of people in qualifying positions (insert
