Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

How do I pay my annual fee?

Our preferred method of payment is for you to pay directly into your local branch of Barclays Bank using the payment slip on the invoice we have sent to your head office address. You can pay your fee at Barclays Bank by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. Cheques should be made payable to 'Gambling Commission'.

You can also pay by calling us on 0121 230 6666 or by post (cheque preferred) at our usual address. If you are paying by post please enclose your remittance advice (which was enclosed with your invoice) or details of your licence.

If you have a question about your particular invoice, please email credit.control@gamblingcommission.gov.uk or call (0121) 230 6666.
