How do I get a copy of a licence?
The Gambling Commission publishes a register
of all operators and individuals that have been granted a
licence. This should be checked in the first instance if you want
to ensure that either an operator or an individual holds a
licence.
If you need a copy of your licence then please
download and complete this form and email it to info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk.
Guidance notes on completing this form are available.
A charge of £25 will be applied if you require a hard copy of
the licence. No charge is made for electronic
copies.
It is the licence holders’ responsibility to ensure that the
licence is kept safe and made available to Gambling Commission
employees upon request.
