How do I get a copy of a licence?
| |
|
The Gambling Commission publishes a register of all operators
and individuals that have been granted a licence. This should be
checked in the first instance if you want to ensure that either an
operator or an individual holds a licence.
It is the licence holders’ responsibility to ensure that the
licence is kept safe and made available to Gambling Commission
employees upon request.
Personal licence holders
If you need a copy of your own personal licence, please register
for eServices – Personal. Once you have
registered, you will be able to access a copy of your licence by
selecting the ‘Your Personal Licence’ option from the menu.
If you need a copy of your licence then please download
and complete this form and email it to info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk. We
will not provide copies of personal licences to employers.
Guidance notes on completing this form are available.
The form asks you to indicate whether you require an electronic
or hard copy of your licence. A charge of £25 will be applied if
you require a hard copy of the licence. No charge is made for
electronic copies.
