You may need to add a new person to your operating licence, for

person in a qualifying position (insert link to qualifying

You will need to pay a fee to the Gambling Commission to change the
details of your licence
Where there has been change to the ownership of the business or
new investment has been sort for the business, you should also

licence covers all the gambling facilities that you offer.
