Approved ADR providers

These ADR entities have been approved for the purposes of the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and information) Regulations 2015.

Applications are still being accepted and successful applicants will be added to the list once their application is processed.

The Regulations specify the information required to be included in the list of approved ADR entities, which can be found by clicking on the approved ADR name in the table below.

Licensed gambling operators are required to use one or more ADR entity which appears on the approved list by 31 August 2015, and both ADR entities and gambling operators must be fully compliant with the ADR Regulations (as amended) by 1 October 2015. Or, in the case of ADR entities which are approved after that date, a reasonable period after their ADR approval is issued.
