We conduct a website-wide survey to help us continually improve our website. The survey consists of 11 questions and takes approximately three minutes to complete.
Responses to the detailed website survey are treated in strictest confidence and are only viewed by our e-Communications team. They are not used for any other purpose.

We are continually looking to improve the way we interact with our stakeholders.
To do this we undertake a number of surveys with different groups:
- those who have telephoned or emailed our contact centre with an enquiry
- operating licence applicants and holders.
Feedback from these surveys helps us to consider where improvements could be made. The information collected is only used for the purpose of improving the services that we provide and is processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. Respondents’ data is not shared with any third parties.
