Legacy gaming machines are Category B3, B4, C or D machines that were available for lawful use on premises in Great Britain on 31 August 2007 (prior to the Gambling Act 2005 coming into force) and registered with the Gambling Commission| before 1 December 2007.
Operators who have gaming machines that could potentially have legacy status, but are not registered, should contact us| to discuss what action they should take.
